IT & Systems Manager

At Arbor, education is deeply personal. With approximately 120 students in grades K–6, our staff are able to truly invest in each child. As an IT technician, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the school by ensuring our technology systems run smoothly and effectively. You will manage our cloud-based platforms, support staff and students with technical needs, and help create a safe digital environment for teaching and learning.

You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of school technology, including tablets, computers, TVs, projectors, and printers. This role also includes managing and updating the school website, supporting various web-based programs, and assisting staff with tools such as the Office 365 suite. Above all, this role is about providing dependable technical support, solving problems efficiently, and helping maintain reliable and effective technology operations for our school community.

• You have experience working with devices, networks, or IT systems (formal certification is helpful but not required)
• You enjoy using technology to support learning and problem-solving
• You are proactive and responsive in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple systems and tasks
• You are flexible and willing to help wherever needed in a dynamic school setting
