CP / AP Statistics Teacher & CP/AP Micro/Macroeconomics

Purpose of the Position

• Reinforce and uphold the mission and vision of HAB in all instructional and professional activities
• Create a positive, safe, and academically rigorous learning environment
• Deliver CP and AP-level instruction aligned with College Board curricula for:
  • AP Statistics
  • AP Microeconomics
  • AP Macroeconomics
• Prepare students for college-level coursework and AP examinations using data analysis, graphs, models, and applied problem-solving

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years of teaching experience
• AP teaching experience and/or College Board AP certification preferred
• Teaching certification preferred (especially for expatriate staff)
• Strong analytical, instructional, and classroom management skills
• Proficiency with educational technology (Google Workspace, Moodle)
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, flexibility, and integrity
